  • Preparation and review of Letters of Intent, Heads of Terms agreements, all commercial lease documents, and Purchase and Sale agreements.

  • Due Diligence: Evaluate the feasibility of acquisition and development opportunities, detailed financial underwriting with DCF real estate valuations and all pertinent due diligence evaluation.

  • Proficiencies with financial lease/sale analysis, and detailed presentation skills to C-Level and Senior leaders.

  • Licensed Colorado real estate broker.

  • Closed transactions in local, national, and Global markets such as the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, APAC, and EMEA.
